Мeeting of HR Specialists from the web branch

On the 21st of May 2008, a meeting of HR Specialists from the web branch was held, initiated by Mag Studio and Netаge. The purpose of the meeting was to begin a sequence of events, where problems of such firms will be discussed and there will be found ways that HR specialists would benefit from each other.

The people present demonstrated their willingness to take part in surveys, related to our branch, that would help us have a stronger position on the labour market, create better motivational programms and programms for keeping the personnel. An important point to discuss on the meeting was to organise gatherings of young specialists, whom we can introduce to the advantages of working in our sphere of practice.

Two of the main problems we have are the workflow and the difficulty we have attracting really good specialists. If an Ethical Code is to be prepared in time, while our meetings take place, probably these problems would be overcome. Besides that we are trying to find ways for training and education of the personnel free of charge, financed by the government or the EU.
