- To place the newest requirements, legislation and normative documents, related to Internet and web, at members disposal
- To be part of legislative and national initiatives in the field of web & Internet
- To work for establishing of professional standards among the members of the association for ethics and high quality services
- To popularize in Bulgaria web as a type of media and Internet as communication channel
